When placing an online order, we collect specific information as part of the process to expedite delivery. We will contact the recipient, only if necessary, as part of fulfillment of order. Note: this information is optional (email and phone), by providing you have given permission to contact recipient. This information is for internal purposes only. Your recipient’s information is never sold, disclosed or shared with other individuals or businesses.
Our site includes a Mailing List. If you choose to join our mailing list, you will receive periodic information regarding upcoming sales, promotions, or seasonal specials. You can always choose to opt out by choosing to un-subscribe from our Mailing List.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration if the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available, we do not store financial information such as credit card numbers.

All shipping costs are included in the cost of our gift baskets. We’re experts at wrapping and packaging your gift to arrive in perfect condition. We will select the best option for delivering your gift, however, please call us if there are unique shipping or delivery requirements associated with your order. Orders received by 10am will be shipped the same day. During busy holidays, order early to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee shipment during peak holiday periods. You will receive order confirmation and a tracking number via email for your order.
Please note, we will ship to the address you provide, it is important that you provide accurate information. Necessary and accurate information includes:
- Recipient name
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Street Address (if applicable, suite, apartment number)
- Zip Code
Please check your shipping information carefully. If the shipping carrier applies an address correction charge for inaccurate information, these charges will be charged to your credit card.
If a gift is being shipped to a hospital, it is delivered to a receiving area, and from there it is taken to the recipient’s room. Please make sure to include room number with delivery information. We are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient has been released or if restrictions prohibit gift delivery. For this reason, please consider sending your gift to the recipient’s home if possible. Please call 317-782-4438 to discuss your hospital delivery needs.

On occasion, we may be out of stock of a specific item, while this does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your gift, please contact our customer service department at 317-782-4438. New, unopened shelf stable gifts may be returned within 15 days of gift delivery for a full refund. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are not available for perishable gifts returned as “undeliverable”. We will however, offer you a 25% discount on your next order.
